Full Leg Christmas Ham 10-11kg

Our Christmas Hams are hand crafted it takes us over 5 days & 12 hours of Smoking using a gluten free recipe which we have used now for many years to create The Butchery on Brunker Christmas ham. We support local farmers by only using 100% Aussie pork to make our hams. 

Our Hams are ready to eat but you can Glaze our hams to infuse a bit more flavour to suit your taste buds and serve warm.

10-11kg full leg Ham will serve up to 45 people (with no other meats being served) but remember it's great to have leftovers in the fridge for the Holiday season
