Its very easy to carve and when sliced each piece has a ring of crackle around the outside. We have seasoned this one pictured with our Fruit Seasoning but you choose between our Fruit Seasoning or Fig & Pistachio seasoning
When ordering on average work off 200gms per serve per person.
